Britney Spears’ former assistant pleas for the pop princess to get help

February 14, 2007 (Sawf News) – Britney Spears’ recent wild partying ways has had its fair share of media these past two months and close friends and family are worrying about her and urging her to change her lifestyle.

Spears’ former PA Felicia Culotta has reportedly shared her feelings and has written a heartfelt plea to the blonde singer.

Culotta, 41 and several others close to the 25-year-old singer are expecting an inevitable trip to the Wonderland rehab center.

Furthermore, a friend of Spears appeared on a US TV show and talked about the partying lifestyle of mother-of-two.

Just this weekend, Spears was seen changing into a dancer’s bikini outfit at New York’s Club One and is constantly with drink in hand. The friend, whose face was hidden from the camera said, “She likes to drink champagne. Every time I see her she’s got champagne in her hand.”

"She was out almost every single night this week. I know she went to (nightclub) Tenjune alone four nights in the past week."

Culotta’s letter to Spears includes the following fragment:

“I LOVED being with Britney for the past 9 1/2 years. I enjoyed being a part of HER dream, but now, am living my own dream. I cherish ALL the incredible opportunities that came my way thru my job with Britney and am crushed/saddened/heart sick by the way her life is unfolding…I want you to know that WE (as in her Family and nearest and dearest—ALL of whom are NOT on the payroll anymore!!) are doing EVERYTHING in our power to get help for Britney and all in our power to NOT pad the bottom or move the bottom, so when she does indeed hit rock bottom, she’ll stand up and walk away from this whole fiasco a new, confident, changed, career driven Britney like we all knew and loved.

To see what’s transpiring now, makes me feel a failure, defeated. I LOVED and BELIEVED in what I was a part of for the past 10 years and was so incredibly proud of Britney and all she’d become.”

Spears is still in a legal battle with ex-husband Kevin Federline over the custody of their two young boys Sean Preston and Jayden James. No doubt those closest to her are greatly worried about the effect her wild, partying lifestyle will have on her chances of sole-custody.
