Britney Spears is in New York telling anyone that will listen that she is happy and moving on with her life after Kevin Federline.  According to Us Weekly ‘a gum-smacking Brit showed off her new brunette coif at Baby Phat’s fashion show Friday night in New York. The 25 year-old singer showed up to the show in a lingerie-like black slip dress with several friends and body guards.’

Where’ ex hubby K-Fed?  He’s in Miami and living large.  Kevin already has one of the most watched Super Bowl commercials with his fast-food spoof ad for Nationwide Insurance.

Fast-food workers were unhappy with the spot and complained and K-fed apologized.  That means more buzz for K-Fed and the commercial has already been shown on news programs.  Federline has even appeared on Fox News.  All of this means he wants some big time accommodations according to Us Weekly.

Usmagazine.com reports that it has learned from a source that the 28-year-old rapper/babies’ daddy (who’s in Miami for the Super Bowl) wasn’t satisfied with his digs at the posh hotel and asked to be moved on Wednesday because his room couldn’t accommodate "his women" and "his girls."

Us reports that it is not known who’s picking up the tab (we guess it isn’t Britney the post jokes), but the Catalina peeps complied and moved K-Fed to a pimped-out penthouse down the street at the Chesterfield Hotel.
