Britney Spears May Lose Custody of Her Baby Sons

Federline is demanding an emergency custody hearing to determine who is going to take care of their children, Jayden James and Sean Preston. Quite possibly, after Britney’s current bizzarre ways Federline will now demand full custody.
Kevin Federline and his attorney will be in a Los Angeles courthouse soon for an emergency hearing regarding the custody of the five month-old and seventeen month-old, Monsters and Critics claim.
Kevin Federline and Britney Spears have joint custody until the end of the month under a temporary court order issued on February 1st, but the spokesman told the press that K-Fed is ready to argue that the matter of custody needs to be decided now and is urgent enough to be fast-tracked.
Kevin Federline will probably use to his advantage Britney’s frantic behavior, including her trip this week in and out of the Promises rehab center in California and the same behavior last week at Eric Clapton’s Crossroads center in Antigua.
Both times, Britney Spears left rehab without any treatment completed, however, last time she was accompanied by her mother. Promises CEO Richard Rogg told People magazine that only a handful of people have ever left the center this quickly. "If she comes back for treatment, Promises will have to assess the situation. Sometimes people come back, but it doesn’t look good."
In between the trips, Britney Spears went to a salon in Tarzana, California, and shaved her head. This episode may have prompted many to question Britney’s emotional stability and her ability to take care of her children.
After Britney Spears left Promises, she was spotted (back in the blonde wig) checking out a swanky apartment complex with her dog Bit Bit.
