Britney Spears could have taken lessons from Jessica Simpson on how to manage a high profile Hollywood break up.  Though Jess had a few wild moments right after her split with then husband Nick Lachey, the buxom singer mainly kept it together and now seems quite happy with singer and guitarist John Mayer.  There were no nude moments for Jessica, and she once reportedly was said to be following the Jennifer Aniston model of remaining classy throughout the split.

That was not the case with Britney.  She went from the set of David Letterman, to an ice rink, to a bottomless Vegas nightclub dance to her now infamous no panties splurge throughout the valley.

Now according to a report from the UK, Jessica is speaking out about her one-time fellow pop starlet.  According to a report from Female First UK, Jess has said that she will not be caught in the same type of situation that Britney found herself in. 

According to the website Simpson says, "I don’t understand what’s going on with that. I’m the kind of girl who always puts my hand between my legs when I’m getting out of a car if I’m wearing a short skirt. I always wear underwear. It’s a personal rule." 

After looking at the photos of Britney without her panties, that is a good rule.
